and a BKotS team in the very near future, but all our members are TC oriented.

"What happens then?"
When your e-mail is received, You will be announced as a petitioner to the members of the squad for their input. Generally, within 48 hours you will be sent a response indicating if the petitioner was accepted as a "probationary"
GRR. If accepted, we will have you fly with the squad under your primary nick for a probationary period of 2 weeks. If accepted, at the end of two weeks you will be given the go ahead to create a
GRR_nickname, and join the squad as a full-fledged GRR.
"What are my chances of getting in?"
If you fit the description above, the only reason I foresee for you not getting in would be if we simply get to big to where the squad is not manageable anymore. We are enhancing the command structure, so please be patient for any contact. It's possible that recruitment may have to be slowed in the future if we continue to grow at our current rate.
